Broussonetone A (1) and broussonetone B (2), two novel dimeric abietane diterpenes, have been isolated from Salvia broussonetii root cultures transformed by Agrobacterium rhizogenes. The structure of broussonetone A was determined from spectroscopic data and confirmed by X-ray analysis. This dimer can be formed by a [4+2]-cycloaddition of two molecules of 13β-hydroxyabieta-8(14),9(11)-dien-12-one. NMR data of broussonetone B indicated that the C-20 methyl in part B of the broussonetone A molecule had been substituted by an aldehyde group. Thus, broussonetone B could be formed by an analogous Diels Alder reaction between 13β-hydroxyabieta-8(14),9(11)-dien-12-one as the dienophile and its 20-oxo derivative as the electrophile.  相似文献

A pair of unprecedented enantiomers (1a/1b) of cyclohexylethanoid bearing an unusual trioxabicyclo[4.2.1]nonane ring, along with two known structurally related cyclohexylethanoids, (+)-rengyolone (2) and cleroindicin E (3), were isolated from the aerial parts of Clerodendrum bungei. The structures and absolute configurations of the enantiomers were determined by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and quantum mechanical calculation of the electronic circular dichroic (ECD) spectra. The postulated biogenetic pathway of 1a/1b was also discussed.  相似文献

A highly sensitive method for the determination of manganese (VII), chromium (VI) and nickel (II) in medicinal herb samples is proposed. The method is based on analytes reacted with ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC) to give hydrophobic chelates (M–APDC), which were separated and enriched by cloud-point extraction (CPE) with non-ionic surfactant Tergitol TMN-6 as extractant. The surfactant-rich phase containing the chelates is determined with a high-performance liquid chromatography system. To achieve the best CPE method, the Box–Behnken design was used to study the concentration of Tergitol TMN-6, equilibrium temperature, equilibrium time as well as their interaction. What followed was the individual research for the pH of the sample solutions and the concentration of APDC. What is more, in the given optimized experimental conditions, calibration plots were found to be linear in the range of 0.0200–0.500 mg/L for Mn (VII) and Cr (VI), meanwhile 0.0500–1.00 mg/L for Ni (II), the linear correlation coefficients were between 0.996 and 0.999, the recoveries ranged from 91.8 to 97.8 % and the relative standard deviations were between 1.09 and 2.30 % (n = 3). The limits of detection were 0.164 μg/L for Mn (VII), 0.562 μg/L for Cr (VI) and 5.12 μg/L for Ni (II), respectively. The proposed method was applied to determine manganese (VII), chromium (VI) and nickel (II) in medicinal herb samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Steroid hormones are a diverse group of natural and synthetic compounds. Their wide use in human and veterinary medicine results in their continual introduction into the environment. In recent years, environmental concern over steroids that act as endocrine disruptors has increased because of their adverse effects on organisms or their progeny. Moreover, as these compounds are not totally removed from sewage in wastewater treatment plants, they can reach the aquatic environment and persist due to their physicochemical characteristics.For this reason, a major trend in analytical chemistry is the development of rapid and efficient procedures for the extraction, determination and quantification of steroid hormones in environmental samples. Over the past few decades, the significant expansion of liquid chromatography technology utilizing mass spectrometry detection has led to applications with increased selectivity and sensitivity. Optimized extraction and microextraction techniques combined to these liquid chromatography techniques have lowered detection and quantification limits to the ng L−1–μg L−1 range, which is the concentration of steroid hormones in liquid, solid and biota samples.In this paper, the state-of-the-art techniques for the analysis of steroid hormones focused mainly in based liquid chromatography methods in liquid and aquatic solid and biota samples are reviewed. Handling, storage, extraction and detection methodologies are reviewed and compared for all families of steroid hormones.  相似文献

Both glycosylation and phosphorylation exert crucial rule in multitudinous biological processes. For in-depth profiling of glycosylation and phosphorylation, a magnetic metal oxide is effectively coupled with inherently hydrophilic mesoporous channels (denoted as Fe3O4@TiO2@mSiO2-TSG). Based on the mechanism of hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) and metal oxide affinity chromatography (MOAC), the Fe3O4@TiO2@mSiO2-TSG nanomaterial shows high capacity for simultaneously enriching glycopeptides and phosphopeptides. With human saliva collected in successive four days as practical biological sample, endogenous glycopeptides and phosphopeptides are efficiently enriched. Further gene ontology analysis reveals that the identified endogenous glycopeptides and phosphopeptides participate in diverse molecular functions and biological processes. This strategy is anticipated to promote variation analysis of salivary post-translational modifications.  相似文献

制备了一种具有过氧化物酶活性的类普鲁士蓝/氧化石墨烯复合纳米材料(CoFe(Ⅲ)PBA/GO)。将具有过氧化物酶活性的CoFe(Ⅲ)PBA/GO和化学发光法相结合,构建了一种用于检测H2O2和抗坏血酸(AA)的化学发光分析法。CoFe(Ⅲ)PBA/GO催化H2O2产生的O2·-,·OH,1O2自由基氧化Luminol会产生很强的化学发光信号,通过检测化学发光强度可以实现对H2O2的检测。该方法检测H2O2的线性范围为0~0.8μmol/L,检测限为11 nmol/L。利用AA作为活性氧消除剂可以抑制化学发光反应的特点,实现了AA的检测。该方法测定AA的线性范围为0.02~0.8μmol/L,检测限为20 nmol/L。方法已应用于H2O2消毒水中H2O2和维生素C片中抗坏血酸的检测。  相似文献

作为一种过渡金属氧化物,锰氧化物以其多晶型、储/释氧能力强、蕴含丰富氧物种、结构缺陷可控等优点被广泛应用于苯系物的热催化氧化。其中,具有众多特性的氧空位能有效促进苯系物的完全催化氧化,因而成为各界研究的焦点。我们综述了常见的氧空位构建方法及表征技术,并总结了在苯系物催化氧化过程中,锰氧化物中氧空位的几种重要作用机制对催化活性和抗水性能的积极影响。最后文章对氧空位构建新方法、形成机理、具体过程及其在锰氧化物热催化氧化苯系物领域中的应用进行了总结和展望。  相似文献

商业化锂离子电池石墨负极和锂盐过渡金属氧化物正极材料的储锂容量都已接近各自的理论值,探索下一代高能量密度电极材料是解决现阶段锂离子电池容量限制的关键。近年来,新型金属草酸基负极材料,借助其在金属离子电池中多元化储能机制诱发的较高储能效应在碱金属离子电池绿色储能材料领域备受关注。本文就金属草酸基材料在锂、钠、钾金属离子电池方面的最新研究进行了综述,着重介绍了材料的晶型结构、多元化储能机制及储能过程中的动力学特征,简单阐述了材料在电化学储能中存在的问题,分析了金属草酸基负极材料在形貌晶型控制、界面碳复合改性和金属元素掺杂方面的改性策略。最后,预测了金属草酸基负极材料在碱金属离子电池体系的发展方向。  相似文献

In the process of nitric acid dissolving precious metals, a large amount of NOx exhaust gas will be produced. This research aims at the development of a new method for the removal of low-concentration nitrogen oxides from metallurgical flue gas. In this process, a printed three-dimensional large-flow microstructure reactor and urea solution are used for the removal of NOx, which facilitates the greater efficiency of denitrification(≥94%). Urea plays an important role in the redox of NO2, such as NO2 is reduced to N2 in solution. Both the gas and the liquid phase simultaneously react in the microchannels of the microfluidic reactor. The channels allow the proper mixing of urea and NaClO2 during the flow which efficiently removes NOx at low concentrations. The optimum condition for high denitration efficiency is outlined: the urea solution with 3%,temperature of the mixed solution is 293.15 K, gas–liquid flow mass ratio is 1:1, pH value (8.0–10.0), CNaClO2 = 0.02 mol/L. This work successfully describes the use of a microfluidic reactor to enhance and maintain the denitration efficiency. This work describes how to successfully enhance and maintain the denitration efficiency while using a printed three-dimensional large-flow microstructure reactor.  相似文献
